Protein Bars with Exercise, the Way to the Great and Ideal Body Shape

As we all know, obesity is one of serious problem in this country. Unfortunately, I’m one of the people that have this problem. First, I thought that by eating a lot, I got much energy to do my activity. And I realize that that’s wrong way to get energy. Eat proper amount of food with nutrition that body need is more effective to provide energy for doing our activity. But, now, I’m a person that free from this obesity. How can I do that?

First, when I realize that my eating habit is bad eating habit, I try to diet. One of diet that I used makes me to eat food without salt for almost two weeks. Yes, I got significant result, by losing more than 17 lbs weight. But, at the end of diet, I got constipation. That’s the worst problem. So, I consume some fiber supplement to solve that problem. And that’s work. But I’m still thinking about the best diet type that I can use. Then I decide to eat normally with tight portion control. There are some quotes that I ever heard about eating, which is eating when you hungry and stop before you full. I follow this quote, but, in the end, the result is not like what I want. It’s only slightly lost in weight. Then, once again, I realize. I need to exercise. And to maximum the result, I also consume some health supplement. In this case, I choose protein bars as the food substitution. Actually, these proteins bars are the best thing ever happened to me and of course my body. There’re two kinds of protein bars that I had to choose. Then, I decide to try them both to see the effect. First protein bars is the whey protein bars.  This protein bars works faster. It’s also easy to digest, so, it’s going smoothly on my stomach. But, I think, this protein bars is limited for some people. If you’re vegetarian or can’t have any milk product, this protein bars is not for you. This protein bars is made from whey, which is the milk product. The second protein bars that I tried, and I use it until now, is soy protein bars. This is maybe the best protein bars that you can use. It’s made from soy, which is fit for vegetarian. It doesn’t work as fast as whey protein bars. However, it has longer effect than whey protein bars, which is great thing you can get. However, it’s little bit hard to digest. Therefore, fiber supplement is also needed to support your diet.

With the soy protein bars, finally, I find a way to lose some weight easily. But, if you also want to try this great protein bars, you also don’t ever forgot about exercise, because, exercise is the core of all weight losing effort. So, we can say, you can lose your weight easily. With soy protein bars, right exercise and determination, plus spirit, you will be in a great shape like me. So, start living healthier from now and on.
